Alopex Digital OÜ is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you visit our website or use our services.

2. Data We Collect

We collect contact information (name, email, phone), business information (company, role), usage data (pages visited, time on site), and cookies for functionality and analytics.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process data based on: contract performance, legitimate interest, consent (for marketing), and legal obligations under GDPR Article 6.

4. B2B direct marketing

We send emails about our services to company representatives (board members, sales and marketing leads). Contact details (name, role, work email address, company) come from public sources: the Estonian Business Register, company websites, LinkedIn and public business directories. We process them on the basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) and § 103¹ of the Estonian Electronic Communications Act, which permits direct marketing to a legal person's contact address provided the recipient can easily opt out. Every email contains an opt-out. We honour opt-outs the same day and add the contact to a suppression list so we do not write again. Emails are sent through Instantly.ai (processor) and replies are stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel). We keep a contact until opt-out or 12 months after the last correspondence; the suppression list is kept to enforce the opt-out. You may object to this processing at any time (GDPR Art. 21): reply to the email with the word "eemalda" or "unsubscribe", or write to info@alopex.digital.

5. Third-Party Services

We share data with trusted providers: GoHighLevel (CRM), Meta (advertising), Google (analytics), TikTok (advertising), and n8n (automation). All comply with EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Data Retention

Contact submissions: 3 years. Client data: contract duration + 7 years. Analytics: 26 months. Marketing consent: until withdrawn + 3 years.
