Ovision had no production tracking system at all. The production manager had to remember which stage each product was in. Design file management was an open question and sometimes products fell through the cracks.

We built a system where each product gets its own tracking card with deadlines, print methods, and design files. Design files go to SharePoint automatically. When the last product is complete, the order moves to invoicing automatically.
