Before
Ovision had no CRM — their pipeline lived in Trello. Invoices were created manually in Merit Aktiva: the accountant copied client data, verified registry codes, calculated reference numbers, and entered product lines. Each invoice took 10–15 minutes and was regularly delayed.

Solution
We connected the sales system directly to the accounting software. When an order moves to the 'awaiting invoice' stage, the invoice is created automatically — with official data pulled from the Business Registry, correct dates, and calculated reference numbers.
